The pen is big as an Opera Master , heavy and has all the nations of Euro Declaration on the body of the pen. The pen can is engraved with the European stars instead of the Visconti name and is unique in every aspect. This pen can be filled with visconti special vaccum technique ( totally different from even other Visconti Pens).A rare collection indeed and is available only in fine point ( These pens were made only of Fine Point.
